The House2Home 100% guarantee is a full money back guarantee for the original cost of the Home Inspection (less and warranties, WDO's or Insurance inspections).
If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the inspection at the tome of the inspection or 2 days following the inspection or is not pleased with the quality of the report (when received or 2 days after the report was written which ever is the later) House2Home will return the monies paid for the inspection.
Any additional services originally paid for in the Platinum inspection will not be refunded.
This guarantee is not intended or interpreted for any future events that may occur with the home after the inspection. The inspection is intended to be used a snap shot of the home the day of the inspection. Mechanical breakdowns or leaking roofs and such events (if there was no visible evidence at the time of the inspection) can not be predicted in the future.
Same Day Reports
House2Home will make every effort to provide the main inspection report on the same day as the inspection. Our success rate is 99% because we do the report in the field with a specially written program using I PAD'S.
The only exception we take is for Commercial Properties or Residential Properties over 5,000 square feet.
You will receive the report in a PDF form emailed to your email address. If you do not have email we will print out the report and send by normal mail delivery.
Mold (from the EPA)
"Since mold requires water to grow, it is important to prevent moisture problems in buildings. Delayed maintenance or insufficient maintenance are also associated with moisture problems with schools & large buildings. Molds can produce allergens that can trigger allergic reactions, asthma attacks. Others are know to produce potent toxins and irritants.
Visit the EPA's mold site at: http://epa.gov/mold/moldresources.html
Questions to Consider:
- Are there moisture problems in the area?
- Have building materials been wet for more than 48 hours?
- Are there hidden sources of water?
- Are building occupants reporting musty odors?
- Has maintenance been delayed?
- Has the building been remodeled or the use of the building changed?
- Have occupants been consulting with medical professionals?

Because we are a licensed Home Inspector and licensed Mold Assessor we can perform both functions on the inspection. If Mold is a concern at the time of the inspection we can visually assess the area or we can conduct a ATP test which will give us results on the site. If further testing is needed we can send testing to our accredited lab.
We will do a thorough investigation involving building occupants, maintenance staff, and other building personnel in addition to moisture detection, thermography and air sampling.
Our priority is to protect your health & safety!
